Rental Conditions
Minimum Stay: A minimum stay of 3 nights is required during the low season. Minimum stays for high and mid seasons are available upon request.

Nightly rates for this exclusive retreat start at just 13,500 THB for long-term stays during the Low Season. The maximum listed rate is 34,200 THB per night for a 14-night stay during the High Season.

High Season: December 20, 2025 – February 28, 2026 
Mid Season: March 1–31, 2026 and July 1 – August 31, 2026
Low Season: December 1–19, 2025, April 1 – June 30, 2026, and September 1 – November 30, 2026 

Deposit: A 50% deposit is required to secure the reservation, with the remaining balance due upon arrival.

Peak Season Payment: 100% payment is required for Peak Season and holidays weeks. Holiday weeks include CNY, Songkran, and Easter. 
 
Inclusions: Rental rates include cleaning service every 3 days for longer stays, plus daily soft cleaning (except Sundays and public holidays).

Breakfast: Continental breakfast can be arranged at 500 Baht per person, with a minimum of 4 persons required.

Cancellation: Early departure is non-refundable.
