Rental rates are exclusive of 7% VAT.
The minimum stay during the Low Season is 3 nights.

A 50% deposit is required to secure a reservation. 100% payment is required for Peak Season and holiday weeks , which include CNY, Songkran, and Easter.

Rates exclude electricity and water charges, which are billed separately based on consumption.

Included services cover a cleaning service every 3 days for longer stays, plus daily soft cleaning (except Sundays and public holidays).
